Box of Things.
I have a box in my room with things. It is a Box of Things. Sometimes its hard to know what goes in the box and what does not. But most of the time, I just get a feeling, and I'm sure that this thing, whatever it is, belongs in the Box of Things. There are old notes from past romances, unfilled picture frames, various cables, some old computer parts. There is the Chevy logo I saved from my car (it fell off). Old resumes are in there too. There are some burned CD's, filled with carefully tailored playlists, that I never gave to the intended recipient. There are CD's that people have burned for me in there, too. The outside of the box warns the user, in big bold letters, to "Protect from Freezing." At one time the box held large cans of Nacho Cheese totaling 26.5 pounds of gooey yellow heaven. I have no idea where I got the box. It is my Box of Things and I'm happy to have it.

i too have a box of things! it's a vans shoe box from about 5 years ago...not quite the same variety of things, though. mine contains: a box of swingline staples, that blue tape you use when you're painting walls, a hole punch, some iron on t-shirt lettering, a magnetic hide-a-key, some memorable doodlings, a phone jack splitter, extra buttons, and some random pieces to things for which i couldn't begin to find an origin. what do you make of it?
when i saw the title "box of things" in your info, i immediately thought of a long lost box of stuff you forgot you had, with items that bring you back hard, to memories long forgotten. i love finding boxes like that.

It appears to me that this box of yours is a conduit for craftiness. The box is using its boxy nature to store things that will one day prove necessary for your creative escape from the occasional doldrums of science and logic. Also, I think it's pretty clear what the best sign is: long live the taurus.
ps. i read an amazing book that fits spectacularly well with Just A Couple of Days. We must discuss!
